Our experience shows that there is no 100% standard projects. Even the most perfect project undergoes some changes. That's why the construction process, in spite of that we offer unique projects, usually proceeds as follows: We analyze the Customer's ideas, wishes and requests and after that design a project from scratch. On the basis of a project approved by the Customer, we prepare an estimate of construction works.
